Hello! My name is Ben, and I am undertaking an MA in Psychosynthesis Psychology. This journey into the psychological and spiritual aspects of my experience is well overdue. Having survived something of a spiritual crisis in my early twenties, I am creating this space as a repository for my continued investigations into the social, cultural, and ancestral contexts which give rise to such experiences.
